We customize supports and processes based on your needs.
We have a particular interest in working on and advancing causes that support human rights, justice, gender equity of women and children, BIPOC and other marginalized communities, that run and/or support individuals within and for organizations at a variety of scales. Our Mission and Vision are dedicated to creating a more equitable and inclusive world, and the upholding of human rights.
We have created and co-created multiple tools and resources, policies, procedures in JEDI/EDI/AR/AO at scale for multiple organizations seeking to build their knowledge and capacity in this space. We have supported several organizations of all sizes to adopt Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices and methods of engagement that allow for better dialogue and support in the realm of relationship building, collaborations, funding and government relations.
We have recently worked with Fora Network for Change on a Board Governance Toolkit, with the focus on inclusive practices, specifically for the onboarding of gender marginalized youth. Another example currently, is our work with the Government of Canada, and the facilitation of the stories and experiences of unhoused people from a variety of identities, locations, and themes.
